10-12 Roma Tomatos ( Cut in small peices)
1/2 red onion
Corn (cooked) either off the cob or canned.( Cob is better.)
2 avacados
1/4 cup cilantro cup up
1 small green pepper.
1 small garden pepper.
1 lime squeezed juice.
Alot of salt and pepper
1 good seasons Italian dressing seasoning packet.
Mix Altogether, Chill and eat with tortilla chips.
This is a great recipe for using the fresh veggies from our gardens. No cooking involved and very yummy.Enjoy.
So yummy! And, you get lots of great compliments on this one too, which is one of the best parts of cooking in my opinion. :)
