pico de gallo

6-8 ripe tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
3 limes juiced
1 yellow or white onion chopped
1-2 jalapenos
salt
  Dice tomatoes and onions in a bowl. chop the whole bunch of cilantro( or add as much as you like) mince jalapenos. squeeze limes over mixture. salt to taste. serve with chips or pulled acfe rio pork
