Polynesian pork roast.

Had this for dinner tonight. It is delicious.  So here is the recipe.

3-4 pound pork loin roast
3/4 cup pineapple apricot jam
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molls as
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic
1/2  cup soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth.
Place roast in crock pot. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred pork in the juice. Serve over rice.
