1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
3/4 unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter(softened)
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
Combine flour,sugar,cocoa,baking soda,salt, add butter,sour cream,milk,eggs,vanilla,. Blend. Beat 3 minutes. Pour batter into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake @350* for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan ,cool completely . Frost with cocoa glaze and garnish with chopped nuts.
Cocoa glaze
3T butter
2T cocoa
3T milk
1cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Melt butter over medium heat,add cocoa and stir till smooth, add milk stirring until well blended. Remove from heat whisk and beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spoon onto inverted cake.allowing some to drizzle down sides.
