French Bread pizza

1 large loaf of french bread. Split lenghtwise
Butter softened.

Pizza Sauce: ( OR I JUST USE A PREMADE PIZZA  SAUCE TO MAKE IT FAST AND EASY)
 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sweet basil leaves crumbled
1/2 tsp orageno leaves crumbled.
1 tsp parsley flakes.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

PIZZA TOPPINGS:
mozerella cheese
1 cup or more ground beef/pork susage/peperoni/salami.
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms.
or you can use what ever else you like on pizza.
       Lightly butter cut sides of french bread and place on a cookie sheet. Toast under broiler until light golden brown.You can eiter do the browning before or after you add the toppings. it just depends on how crispy you want it.
Bake 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or less. Great quick meal.

Chicken filled Cresant rolls

Cook 1 whole chicken and cube fine. Keep broth that chicken was cooked in.
Cream 8 oz cream cheese and 4 tablespoons butter.. Melted.
Mix these ingredients together with chicken.

3 or more packages cresent rolls.
Put 1  T chicken mixture on each roll. Rol up. Dip in melted butter.
Roll in bread crumbs, Put on cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown.
Warm 1 can cream of Chicken soupwith the saved broth . whe done cooking pour 2 spoonfuls of broth over top of baked rolls.

Fresh Salsa

10-12 Roma Tomatos ( Cut in small peices)
1/2 red onion
Corn (cooked) either off the cob or canned.( Cob is better.)
2 avacados
1/4  cup cilantro cup up
1 small green pepper.
1 small garden pepper.
1 lime squeezed juice.
Alot of salt and pepper
 1 good seasons Italian dressing seasoning packet.

Mix Altogether, Chill and eat with tortilla chips.

This is a great recipe for using the fresh veggies from our gardens. No cooking involved and very yummy.Enjoy.
